With a versatile voice well-suited for a wide range of genres, Chris has an extensive background in narration for corporate and organizational videos, TV commercials, documentaries, museum audio guides, educational materials for textbooks and exams, radio English courses, news, and video games.

Originally from Duluth, Minnesota, Chris majored in Philosophy and Psychology at the University of Minnesota. After graduating, he moved to Japan and has since lived in Tokyo as a permanent resident. In the U.S., he gained experience in musical theater and stage acting, as well as choral and four-part harmony singing in schools and churches. Since moving to Japan, he has balanced his professional work with the study of Japanese and Aikido.

Following 15 years of experience and the mastery of top-level narration techniques, Chris currently active as a freelance narrator and voice actor.
