  Simply provide us with details such as budget, delivery timeline, sample images, target audience, and preferred file submission specifications.
  If you're still in the planning stage, we can also offer design and color suggestions to
  bring your ideas to life.
2. Rough Estimate, Contract Creation
- Once we fully understand your project vision, we’ll provide a rough estimate based on your image specifications and prepare a basic outsourcing agreement and NDA if necessary.
  After finalizing the terms and paperwork, we can begin production immediately!
3. Trial
- For clients planning to commission multiple artworks, we offer trial illustrations to ensure satisfaction with our production quality.
  This also allows us to align on quality and production speed while finalizing a quotation that meets your needs.
4. Production
- We begin the illustration process based on your project requirements and initial discussions, ensuring your vision is realized at every stage.
  From rough drafts and line art to the final coloring phase, we work closely with you to guarantee complete satisfaction.
5. Revisions
- We offer free art revisions until you’re fully satisfied, so long as the changes align with
  the original order.
6. Delivery & Payment
- We’ll deliver the artwork in your preferred format, but please note that last-minute format conversions may incur an additional fee.
  An invoice will be issued upon delivery, with payment due by the end of the following month.
