    We handle casting, studio arrangement, and recording which is conducted within our 6 in-house studios. We have direct contact with virtually any voice actor in Japan as well as a database of experienced narrators native in over 20 languages. Our consolidated talent casting and coordination system means that we are highly flexible and can easily adapt to sudden changes in schedule.

    We provide high quality translation and proofreading services to ensure that all Japanese voiceovers are both technically accurate and culturally consistent. Our talented staff can also offer multilingual interpretation and creative direction support throughout the recording process.

    Remote Recording

    We conduct remote recording sessions via Zoom, Skype, Source-Connect, etc. to provide you with a direct feedback loop between our studio engineers, creative directors, and voice talents. Our hands-on approach to voice direction ensures a seamless recording experience and eliminates the need for retakes.

How We Work

  • 1. Project Consultation

    • Define character profiles and performance needs.

      We're happy to discuss budgets, casting, and creative direction through any of the major video or email platforms. We're extremely flexible and can either take complete control of the creative process or closely follow your project specifications. Feel free to contact us any time!

  • 2. Quotation, Contract Creation, Payment

    • Once we have a clear understanding of your project vision, we will provide you with an estimate in your designated currency and prepare all necessary NDA's and outsourcing agreements. As soon as we've reached an agreement we will be ready to begin narrator/voice actor bookings.

  • 3. Translation

    • We offer localization services to ensure that only the highest quality scripts are recorded through our studios. Our experienced staff will make sure that all voice projects reach the right audience with technically perfect and culturally relevant translations.

  • 4. Direction and Recording

    • Sessions led by experienced audio directors.

      Recording sessions can be held in any of our 6 state-of-the-art recording studios. Please contact us directly for detailed studio specifications. We offer remote recording sessions for all overseas clients via Skype, Source Connect, etc. to ensure a seamless recording experience.

  • 5. Delivery

    • Files provided in your preferred format, on schedule.

      Fully edited audio files are delivered within 3-5 days of the final recording as uncompressed .wav files. We are happy to provide raw audio files immediately after the recording session for clients with tight deadlines.
