To provide an accurate quotation, here’s what we typically need:
1. Project overview/purpose (e.g., key visual for a game, cover art, character design, poster)
2. Style references and visual direction (sample images, mood boards, art style references)
3. Scope & deliverables
• Number of characters and backgrounds (e.g., 1, 5, 10)
• Type (character, environment, UI assets, icons)
• Size and resolution (dimensions, dpi, file format)
4. Turnaround/deadline
5. Additional constraints/notes (e.g., background details, body part layering requirements)
Our typical workflow is as follows:
1. Receive your brief and references, followed by consultation if needed
2. Provide a quote and artist portfolio
3. Rough sketch(s) → feedback & approval
4. Linework / refined drawing → feedback & revisions
5. Coloring / rendering → feedback & revisions
6. Final touches, export deliverables.
We provide checkpoints at each stage so you can give feedback early and avoid costly changes later.
Typically we include up to 2 rounds of revision at each stage of the process for free, as long as the changes stay within the scope of the original order. All major structural changes must be addressed in the rough sketch/composition stage, and large deviations at a later stage will incur additional charges.

To accurately generate a quotation we will need the designated language, length of the recording session, project goal, scope, possible restrictions, and your preferred recording studio.

We offer two plans depending on client budget or expectations for revisions. Our standard plan includes two revisions after the first draft. Our premium plan comes at a slightly higher price but allows for unlimited revisions as long as it stays within the original scope of the project and is made within 2 months from the submission of the first draft.
We can deliver in common formats like MP4, MOV, AVI, or image sequences (PNG, EXR), depending on your needs. For animation projects, we also provide source project files (e.g., After Effects, Premiere, Blender) if requested.
