Lae Astra spent her childhood—through college—in the United States and moved to Japan after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley. As a narrator and voice artist, she has lent her voice to over 1,000 projects, including documentaries, commercials, games, educational materials, and corporate videos. Her voice is characterized by a natural and transparent quality with a strong presence, and she is also capable of performing character voices.
